‍A. There is no one roof system that is best for all applications. Keep in mind that even if you are using the best materials, your roof system still can be installed improperly and you could end up with a leaky roof. Good workmanship and proper attention to detail (e.g., flashing and drainage issues) are just as important as material selection. Also, maintenance plays an important role in roof system integrity and service life.

A: Our staff will inspect the roof covering, the drainage systems, the flashing (around skylights, chimneys, vent pipes), and the ventilation systems. How long can I expect my roof to last? The condition and lifespan of your roof will depend on the type of roof you have, the effects of your local environment and the maintenance, which the roof has received.

‍A: Yes. Customer references will be provided upon request. Does your company assemble the scaffolding as well? We will arrange our regular independent scaffolding company, which has full public liability insurance, to assemble the scaffold Is your company insured? ‍A: Yes all work from new guttering to new roofs will be covered with a guarantee, also new roofs can be covered by an insurance backed guarantee on request.

‍Q: What payment methods do you accept?
‍A: We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer and we are able to take credit card payments as well. Are you able to provide any other building works? We work with other builders regularly such as bricklayers and carpenters who provide the highest standard of work.
